I went to NeoMed for the first time a couple of weeks ago for Botox. I loved the aesthetics of the office! It was very clean with some lovely Christmas music playing. I met with the PA Christopher because of my TMJ pain and he educated me on masseter Botox. I’ve been to multiple med spas now and this was the first time I felt like I was really being cared for and not just another random patient walking in. He made me feel so comfortable throughout the process with his knowledge and personality. It’s been almost two weeks now and I’m already in love with my results! Beautiful office! I had my lips done by Christopher and it was the best experience I've ever had! I've tried other med spas but this time was different, no pain at all, hardly any swelling and he really took his time to shape and plump the lips. He was very informative and knowledgeable and the staff makes sure you are comfortable while you're there, definitely recommend!November 15, 2023
