Dr. Solemani is a board-certified physician with over 10 years of experience dedicated to the Temecula Valley. He founded NeoMed with Kayla Bratton PA - C in 2018 with the goal of creating a holistic approach to beauty.
Dr. Solemani treats every one of his patients as family, a motto that has been engrained and a cornerstone to the NeoMed mission statement.
His main area of focus is wellness, including hormone replacement therapy and medical weight loss. He believes everyone should look and feel their best!
PA Kayla
Providing each patient with the best possible treatment plan
Kayla Bratton is a Physician Associate and graduated from Western University of Health Sciences. After graduation, she was a provider at Temecula Valley Hospital in the Emergency Department, where she met her business partner, Dr. Soleimani. Together, they opened NeoMed, The Center of Aesthetic Medicine in 2018 and since then have been providing top-of-the-line aesthetic treatments to the Temecula Valley. Her passion is education and full-face assessment to provide each patient with the best possible treatment plan. She also treats each patient like family and truly loves what she does!

Shanna Avila is a Physician Associate who graduated from Loma Linda University. Shanna worked in Dermatology for over three years before finding her passion in Aesthetic Medicine. She specializes in fillers for all genders. She loves helping patients naturally achieve their aesthetic goals. Shanna is a wife, mom of three energetic boys, and plant lover.

Christopher is a Physician Assistant/Associate and an Aesthetic Injector.
He completed his undergraduate degree at Point Loma Nazarene University and his graduate medical training at Loma Linda Medical University.

Deanna Mariolle, our Lead Esthetician at NeoMed Spa, chose a career in Esthetics due to her acne struggle as a teen. Her journey began in a luxury spa in San Diego, where she gained extensive training in various techniques, from lymphatic drainage to HydraFacial. With a strong foundation, she joined NeoMed Spa in March 2023, focusing on acne treatments and management, but she also loves to pamper patients with our indulgent 90-minute Rejuvenate Custom Facials!
